Context
A orla Real Estate is a new-age property development brand that positions itself as a premium, trustworthy name in housing. The company approached us to develop a refined brand identity and communication design that reflects their vision of “elevated urban living” and conveys warmth, luxury, and modernity without excess.

Overview
This project focused on visualizing Aorla’s brand values clarity, elegance, and long-term commitment through structured and minimal design. From logo and brand palette to the layout of their brochure and sales kit, every element was thoughtfully crafted to build brand credibility.
We opted for an airy, refined style with architectural precision in layout, combining serif fonts with spacious compositions, warm earthy tones, and geometric inspiration to subtly hint at real estate structure and security.
Challenge
One of the key challenges in this project was to communicate a sense of luxury and refinement without alienating the brand’s target audience, who value aspirational living but are also price-conscious.
The design had to strike a fine balance between elegance and approachability. Additionally, real estate brochures tend to be content-heavy, so integrating essential information like floor plans, amenities, and brand story without compromising visual breathing space was another design obstacle.







Solution
We developed a custom logo mark rooted in simplicity and structural balance, evoking trust and timelessness. The brochure was designed as a clean visual story introducing the brand, showcasing properties, and guiding the user through the lifestyle Aorla offers.
