Overview

A New Era of Living

Waada is an ultra-premium, master-planned residential ecosystem that reflects architectural brilliance, community-focused urban design, and the essence of future-forward living. 

It caters to a multi-generational audience through an integrated offering of residences, education, healthcare, recreation, and spirituality — all enveloped in green, open design.

Challenge

Turning Land into Legacy

We were tasked to give Waada an identity that embodies more than premium living it had to feel intimate, spiritual, and rooted in meaning. 

The challenge was to convey innovation and tradition in one breath, and make it feel like home from day one.

Solution

We developed a custom logo mark rooted in simplicity and structural balance, evoking trust and timelessness. The brochure was designed as a clean visual story introducing the brand, showcasing properties, and guiding the user through the lifestyle Aorla offers.

Results

The client successfully used the brochure in both their digital and offline launch. Aorla’s visual identity stood out among competitors during its property fair debut, garnering strong inquiries and increased recall. The branding system has since been adapted into their hoardings, site boards, and social content.
